You can issue prepaid cards using your profile account funds by going to https://app.cardstack.com/card-pay/walletarrow-up-right and clicking "Issue Prepaid Card".
Follow the prompts to issue a prepaid card.
When you get to the funding source milestone, you can drop down and choose a balance from one of your profiles.
Note: Remember to claim your payments into the payment profile if you'd like to use any of its balances.
