# Card Flow

Card Flow is our workflow system that combines a conversational UI with logistics and action-chaining, so that businesses and users can collaborate within the Cardstack ecosystem. Users will come across Card Flow in Card Pay, Card Space, etc. Whenever there are multi-step interactions, they will be using Card Flow, e.g. when you create a business account or issue a prepaid card. It is our way of streamlining these complex multi-step interactions by guiding users through them, to make sure they complete all the milestones needed in the respective workflow.
